After strong local opposition, the GSA announced that it is terminating the Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed FBI field office headquarters on Wilshire Boulevard.

In a letter to the General Services Administration, Rep. Waxman raises new concerns about proposed expansion of the FBI building at 11000 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles. The impact statement uses faulty analysis, incomplete data, and does not address significant safety and quality of life issues.
